  Laurie McClave Port Townsend:  Apparently 2 not so great people in our town were lying to Fox News? Wonder what the motive of these at least 2 not so great people could be? Perhaps Personal Boundaries, Consent, Truth?  Who decides what is Disgusting, what is Bigotry, are both in the Eye's and Ears of the Beholder. Why is it ok to Hate Us? Who the hateful people are is pretty obvious if one uses logic.

Definition of Bigotry: "obstinate or unreasonable attachment to a belief, opinion, or faction; in particular, prejudice against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group." hmmm is it obstinate or unreasonable to want control over your own body, want equality from your town council, want fairness and dignity for an elder in our community. I think to ANY Clear Minded, Free Thinking Sovereign Individual it is easy to see who is being violently obstinate, and violently unreasonable.

One's personal truth and personal experience being called "Lies" is the epitome of Gaslighting.

The attention on Port Townsend is perhaps yes possible for Bigotry however it is not the two "not so great" people that are behaving as Bigots.

Careful Folks Brighid Grahan of Port Townsend seems to think it is bigotry and somehow mysteriously nefarious to have a landlord/tenant relationship, I guess we are all in a lot of "trouble" Wow right, off the charts for irrational behavior. Oh and those 2 not so great, landlord tenant people, well apparently they staged the whole YMCA freak out, call the police, ban an Elder Party.  

They staged how the YMCA reacted, and the exact moment a YMCA employee was not following the rule of three and startled an Elder and a scene blew up, these not so great people staged it all.  Ya know so they could get "famous" on "Tucker".  There is no Rational Words coming from this Hate Group. Makes No Sense Whatsoever

 "My name is Amy Sousa, I’m here because I am deeply concerned for this community. I’m concerned about the treatment that women/girls are being given by those on city leadership, and I am concerned for the community as a whole when the lack of respect given to women, specifically rape survivors is not only condoned, but applauded by those holding positions of power.

People on this city council have accused me of being hateful, a bigot, and a TERF, a slur which is associated with hundreds of thousands of some of the most graphic threats of violence against women. This slur was used both by mayor David Faber and by council member Libby Winstrom.

In the hierarchy of debate, the highest course is to refute the other person’s central point, next lower is to find a mistake in the other person’s argument, next presenting counterarguement, then contradiction, then responding to tone, going down to ad hominem and then finally the lowest possible response in a debate is name calling. This is apparently the level of debate that the leaders of the community hold themselves to.

In all the name calling I have received no one has made an attempt to grapple with my central point, which I will repeat for you now again in the hopes that we can have an actual conversation. The issue that I am pointing to is one of sexism. I observe that safeguarding necessitates that women/girls have protections on the basis of our sex, and boundaries around our bodies, the right of consent, privacy, safety & dignity. I refuse to deny the embodied sex based differences of men & women and I uphold that to deny these differences is SEXIST.

On August 15 I organized a press conference in order to speak to the physical needs of women/girls as a sex class. A mere 35 women gathered to listen to one another speak, and we were met with an angry mob of protesters who backed us into a brick wall, bullied us, harassed us, and silenced us. The leadership of this community has been not just dismissive about the violence women were subjected to on August 15, but have even applauded it publicly. Is there a greater tragedy(irony?) then to have women who are speaking out about our need for privacy, safety and dignity, to have our dignity and safety trampled on by angry men who refuse to let women speak. This is regressive.

The recent proclamation called for by this council asked members of the community to be respectful, welcoming, and kind to everyone regardless of gender identity, I have never done otherwise. I can be respectful, welcoming, and kind to everyone and still ask for boundaries around my body and the needs of my physical sex respected.

Being a woman is not "who" I am by identity, it is WHAT I am physically experiencing. I do not claim boundaries for myself on the basis of my identity, but on the basis of my sex. I do not object to men in my spaces on the basis of their identity, but on the basis of their SEX.

Sex denialism is SEXISM. Denying women/girls provisions for our sex is sex based discrimination. This is a conversation I am planning to continue to have with all of you seated here today as well as with the wider community. Women/girls demand to center the needs of our bodies and we demand for these needs to be taken seriously politically."

Port Townsend Police Officer David Dostaler seemingly making "DEMONSTRABLY FALSE CLAIMS". Port Townsend Homeowner SAYS: “My Child Was Approached by a Stranger IN MY HOME” Port Townsend Post Office Employee Allegedly Entered a PRIVATE Home and Approached a Child. Officer David Dostaler Says: “If it is that lady the chance of cooperation is very small”, “you have made false claims in the past”.

 Man Walks into a Local Home and wanders around, ALLEGEDLY. 

The Man says he was just inside the home, shown on Officer Cam. 

The police officer "LIED?" and says the man said he did not come into the home. 

Yet the Officer Cam clearly shows the man saying that he did step inside the home, "I did not go any further then just step in the door". TO Me that is INSIDE THE PRIVATE HOME.

A man can walk right into your home, your child and you are scared and the police do nothing? And accuse you of demonstrably false claims in the past and so you must not be telling the truth now.

In a town where a homeless man’s dog has an allergy and he is criminally convicted of neglect and abuse and his emotional support dog STOLEN, rampant drug and violence at the fairgrounds last year, homeless man criminally trespassed over and over for sleeping, yet a man walks into a home in Port Townsend, private property, the owner feels threatened and the police can't or won’t do anything? 

Some people are IMPORTANT and heard and others, well they are just Criminals.

Here are a few posts I saw online regarding this matter in Port Townsend. 

KEEP IN MIND READER, The woman named Kate Dean in this thread is a County Commissioner, she actually could do something, yet claims it is a HE SAID SHE SAID.

Did the man enter the home or not? 

We don't believe teenagers, are we in the 1950's. WOW Right? Commissioner Kate Dean says it is a he said she said. A frightened child, a home invaded, rights violate and a HE SAID SHE SAID? ya I don't think so Kate, not if there were competent investigators that cared about peoples' rights, and had a clue how to actually INVESTIGATE.

Did Officer David Dostaler do ANY investigation? 

Did he ask the Post Office Employees if the man said he went into the home? NOPE, he simply berated the woman, talked nasty about her, prejudiced here and did not even bother to INVESTIGATE the matter.

A Port Townsend Post Office Employee walks into a private home, child and homeowner afraid, cop is belligerent and clearly discriminating. Homeowner felt they were mistreated, prejudiced, and a target of racism. 

Port Townsend Police Officer accuses Citizen of False Claims and Being “on the edge of” Belligerent. And of making her child lie.

Post Office Employee Claims he did not Enter the Home, according to Officer David Dostaler, however, listen the Officer Cam yourself, sure seems to me that the guy admitted to the homeowner he went into the home, and apologized and did so in front of other USPS employees. And the Officer Cam shows the USPS employee stating that he went just inside, and talked of food on the table.

You Decide what you "Believe".

Seems to me if Vehicle is Parked Illegally, and if that is the Truth, then the Law would dictate towing the Vehicle and NOT entering a private home or harassing a private citizen, in my opinion.

Also in my opinion, unwanted guests opening a door and looking in, is trespassing, is threatening. Also note, it seems to be the Port Townsend Police Policy that if you called for help or complained in the past and it did not pan out, then you are prejudiced for future events, that too seems illegal to me, unethical at best.  I was not there and am in no way bearing witness. I am simply reporting On What I have Found Out So Far.

6:30 a.m 12-14-2021

Post Office Clerk, Alleged Driveway Blocking, SPOKE WITH A TRUCK DRIVER WHO WAS TRYING TO GET HIS TRUCK BACKED TO THE RAMP, BUT VEHICLE ACROSS THE STREET WAS PARKED IN THE WAY.  

ALSO SPOKE WITH POST OFFICE EMPLOYEE WHO SAID HE HAD ATTEMPTED TO MAKE CONTACT AT THE HOUSE, AND KNOCKED ON MULTIPLE DOORS AND FOUND ONE PARTIALLY OPEN WITH THE LIGHTS ON, SO HE STUCK HIS HEAD INTO CALL FOR SOMEONE BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. 

VEHICLE WAS PARKED WITHIN 5 FEET OF THE SLANTED PART OF THE CURB INDICATING THE DRIVEWAY, THEREFORE NOT LEGALLY PARKED. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE RESIDENT ABOUT MOVING IT. 

DAWN ANSWERED AND WAS ON THE EDGE BELLIGERENT FROM THE START.

SHE CLAIMED THAT THE POST OFFICE EMPLOYEE HAD ENTERED HER HOUSE AND GONE DOWN TO THE BASEMENT LOOKING FOR PEOPLE. 

SHE ASKED HER TEENAGE CHILD IF THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED IN A MANNER THAT WAS AN IMPLIED COMMAND TO AGREE WITH HER. 

ON MULTIPLE PREVIOUS CONTACTS WITH DAWN SHE HAS PROVEN HERSELF WILLING TO SAY WHATEVER SHE NEEDS TO, TO GET WHAT SHE WANTS OR CONTROL THE

SITUATION, PREVIOUSLY MAKING DEMONSTRABLY FALSE CLAIMS.

Jason, Please Look Into Citizen's Complaint form this morning on Dave Dostaler. Theincident started out as a parking complaint on Harrison Street next to the rear of the post office. 

The call was at 0634 and the incident number is 21-7608. 

I talked to the complainant, Dawn Mohrbacher and told her we would look into her complaint of our officer calling her a liar in front of her teenage son. Dave self-reported to me, stating that he “called her a liar without actually calling her a liar.” 

He also said that he has had a number of contacts with her and she has been untruthful to him in the past. 

During this incident, Mohrbacher claimed that an employee from the post office entered her home without permission, but she didn't call 911 to report a burglary. 

Dave felt she was untruthful about what actually happened. 

Please investigate, address the behavior as you see fit, and contact Mohrbacher and advise her of the outcome. Please provide me with all the details so we can track it as a citizen complaint.

Jefferson County Prosecutors Deliberately Defy Court Order AND Check Out Deputy Erik Allan conspiring to Steal a Man's Property.

  Jefferson County Sheriff Deputy Erik Allen Clearly Conspired with Port Townsend Police Officer Wendy Davis and CVAR, Center Valley Animal Rescue Director Sara Penhallegon to Get Custody of Michael Allmain’s Dog.

The eMail Below is from 2 months before they got "Custody" as an animal at large. As I allege one of the CVAR Lynch Mob Unclipped Moses so Officer Wendy Davis Could get him "at Large".

They Clearly Conspired for quite some time, to STEAL this Man’s Property and Set him up for a Crime.  And to the Unjust enrichment of CVAR as Keep in mind after these plotters got “Custody”, the City of Port Townsend kept Moses, their Evidence in a Criminal Case, with the Assistance of the Jefferson County Prosecutors and Charged Michael for It and have a $26,000 Judgment against Michael Allmain and the have Michael’s dog. 

Then on March 12, 2021 Judge Mindy Walker, the Court, Ordered that Moses be returned to Michael according to Prosecutor Kenned and yet CVAR Defied this Court Order, enabled by James Kennedy. And they charged Michael for those fees as well. Even after keeping Moses against Court Order, WOW right they sued Michael for those fees as well. What a Racket, You Reader could be there next Victim.

Below you See an eMail dated September 2, 2020 1:42:55 PM, whereby Jefferson County Sheriff Deputy Erik Allen Clearly Conspired with Port Townsend Police Officer Wendy Davis and CVAR, Center Valley Animal Rescue Director Sara Penhallegon to Get Custody of Michael Allmain’s dog Moses.

Sounds like Deputy Erik is acting as a Vet without a license and conspiring with non-vet Sara over delusions of Gum that are bad. Note here, listen to the Vet testimonies from the trial video transcripts linked further down in this chronology. Moses Gums were healthy. Deputy Erik Allen defamed Michael and conspired to harm him and steal his PROPERTY.

“Thank you, I passed it along to CVAR so the vet that is there today could take a look. Its hard to determine a BCS just based off of that picture. But it appears to be really skinny, has hair loss, and I am going to guess that the teeth and gums are bad. If I had to give it a body score just off of the picture I would think 2 1⁄2 bcs.

It is good to have this picture as a reference for the future because I think eventually one of us are going to have to take custody of the dog.

Does Your Jefferson County Prosecutor James Kennedy NOT Know that it is a CRIME to Use Civil Courts to attempt to Control Outcomes in Criminal Cases? I Sure Believe it is ILLEGAL to Say you have a Lien, then Later file a lien to make sure that you get the Evidence in a Criminal Case and the Conviction you plotted for years.

  It is NOT legal to use a lien statute set up, a premeditated one at that, to ENSURE the outcome YOU WANT in a Criminal CASE. Yet James Kennedy blatantly says it as if it is Legal and Just how things are.

Prosecuting Attorney James Kennedy seems to be validating, co-conspiring, acknowledging a Washington State Non-Profit admitting that they used a premeditated lien to steal a mans property, his emotional support animal and to deliberately maliciously inflict intentional Emotional Pains as a form of vigilante justice "in case there is No Conviction" says Jefferson County Prosecutor James Kennedy

On top of all the premeditated lien evidence such as the CVAR Lynch Mob Thread of May 12th 2019, Animal Attorney Adam Karp giving CVAR the lien statute, and the email from Prosecutor Julie St. Marie to Sara Penhallegon, director of CVAR suggesting a lien, well we have Prosecuting Attorney James Kennedy saying that he does not represent CVAR however he wants the court to give Moses to CVAR, court says we are not holding Moses, we released him to Michael Long ago, the City of Port Townsend Law Enforcement is holding Moses.

Prosecutor James Kennedy says that CVAR only used the statute, filed the lien, in case there was no criminal conviction.

PROOF clear as day that CVAR used a Lien to tie up Evidence in a criminal case, in some sort of vigilante justice in case the court did not rule the way they wanted. You could be their next victim.

Here is James Kennedy, your Prosecuting Attorney, admitting to Judge Mindy Walker that he knows what CVAR was up to all along and they only have the lien case in Civil Court in case Michael Allmain was NOT charged in Criminal Court. On the Day that Officer Wendy Davis picked up Michael Allmain’s Dog Moses “at large”, November 23rd, 2020.  She puts on the Record that the reason Michael’s dog Moses is Suffering is due to being financially unable, another words indigent and no ability to pay. She worded it like this “Allmain and I discussed ways to provide veterinary care for Moses as Allmain is currently transient and unemployed and has limited resources.”

First of all how does the above report fit the narrative that Moses was abandoned, she knows Michael and talks all about knowing him, yet tells CVAR that per the abandonment statute they can have his dog? 

Secondly and WOW, she clearly says in the narrative above that Michael Allmain’s dog has issues because of Economic Factors. Yet Michael Allmain got a GUILTY Verdict because Judge Mindy Walker said there was no preponderance of Evidence that Michael Allmain was Indigent, or that Economic Factors was an Issue. And Judge Walker said she had no information as to if Michael was employed, yet the arresting report clearly says it all.  We saw Prosecuting Attorney James Kennedy adamant about there being NO ECONOMIC FACTOR, yet the arresting report officer said that was indeed a factor, and a big one.

NOW LET'S LOOK AT THE PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT SIGNED DECEMBER 2ND, 2020 AND SIGNED BY THE ARRESTING OFFICER, WENDY DAVIS

December 2nd, 2020 Probable Cause Document Signed by Officer Wendy Davis, this post is about the CLEAR Connection to Proven Documented Economic Factors, right from the start.

Judge Mindy Walker, I Allege, Committed Fraud on the Court as she claimed that Michael Allmain was Guilty and that there was not a preponderance of Evidence in the case that Michael Allmain was Indigent, or that Economic Factors played a role whatsoever in Michael Allmains dog Moses’s health issues, yet the Probable Cause Statement dated 12-2-2020, signed by the arresting, charging officer, Wendy Davis clearly says the following:

“Allmain and I discussed ways to provide veterinary care for Moses as Allmain is currently transient and unemployed and has limited resources.”

Economics was a Factor All Along. And they all knew it, so Why Lie in a Court of Law to Give a 7 year old dog to a local non-profit? What's the real motive for going after Michael Allmain maliciously for 2.5 years?

Anyway, Judge Mindy Walker claimed there was no information as to employment or financial factors in the case that would allow him the affirmative defense clearly and legally available to him.

Why was THIS DOG, Moses, worth all these Co-Conspirators Careers? Assets? Alleged Crimes? What was so special to them about Moses? We know why Moses is massively important to his Alpha, his bestie Michael Allmain but why did all these “prominent people” risk everything for this ONE DOG?

The Initial Case Narrative became part of the “Probable Cause” statement. Judge Mindy Walker referred to this document throughout the case. The Document says the same thing as the Initial Case Narrative.

So did prosecuting attorneys James Kennedy, Julie St. Marie and Melissa Pleiman read the Probable Cause Statement?
