Outgoing Judge Landis files Ethics Complaint and Fraud on the Court. Michael Allmain Case PLOT Thickens. Why RULE Against Michael Allmain with a Flat out Fraud on the Court Lie?

 And the Michael Allmain Case PLOT Thickens even more. How Intriguing it all is right?

Did Mindy Walker owe James Kennedy a favor for getting her out of prior charges? Or not testifying or ? Why in the world would Judge Mindy Walker flat out lie that there was no evidence that Michael Allmain’s issues with his Dog Moses had anything to do with Economic Factors or Indigency. Why Lie Like this unless you felt above the law somehow? Simply Thinking Out Loud here. 

Apparently the same year that Mindy Walker was Elected as Judge, James Kennedy was Elected as Prosecutor. The year was 2018. And former Judge Landers filed a complaint against Mindy Walker alleging Bribery, Ethics Violations and Fraud on the Court. Seems James Kennedy would have been a witness in such an investigation. 

So If James Kennedy was a witness in allegations against Judge Mindy Walker, did she do James Kennedy a favor and rule Michael Allmain GUILTY, as clearly Michael was Indigent, it is all over the “RECORD” with a whole lot of “Preponderance of Evidence”. So Why Do IT? What was worth Michael Allmains life?
